They’ve written laws saying if a citizen doesn’t put in a claim to collect their own money within that timeframe, the government gets to keep it forever.

Makes you wonder where their loyalties reside, doesn’t it?

I mean, if the government is holding your money, they should be doing everything in their power to reach you and let you know how you can put in a claim. Let’s be honest, we’re pretty sure they know where you live. They could put a few letters in the mail letting you know.
