Is This a Scam or Real?

That’s the question, isn’t it?

There are so many scams at this point it’s enough to make a person paranoid.

And if you’re feeling like you can’t believe anything anymore, you’re not alone. With so many shady dealings and so much misinformation, how can you tell if something is a scam or real?

We’re going to be honest with you: what we do is real. We help real people get real money back. But it can be hard to tell sometimes, really hard. Keep reading on tips for how to tell the difference between a scam and something real (like what we do).

Here are some of the things scammers always want from you:
1. They want your personal information, the more personal the better.
2. In particular, they want financial information and any other information that would be needed to charge or drain your accounts.
3. This means they want your address, credit or debit card number, social security number, etc. – anything that can help them access your bank accounts or credit cards – even in the guise of “donating” to a worthy cause.

Here are some tips to make sure you don’t get scammed:
1. Make sure to never give personal information over the phone, no matter who they say they are and what they say it’s for. They could be lying through their teeth. After all, that’s what scammers do.
2. Ask them for their website domain, address, and phone number, and write it down so you can research them later. If they get really pushy for you to give your information to them right now, ask them if they’re registered with the government as an official business entity and ask them for the registration number. They won’t have that number if they’re scammers, but if they give you a number, write that down as well.
3. Don’t give them any personal information and get off the phone as soon as possible (unless you want to waste their time for a good laugh—then go slow and enjoy). Then do your research. If they’re legit and it’s a worthy cause, or something you want to purchase, you can decide to donate or purchase at that point, but never give information over the phone to someone you don’t know. If you follow these steps, YOU have all the power. And that’s exactly how it should be when it comes to your finances.

This is why we NEVER ask for financial information. We’re sick of the government taking advantage of people and keeping their hard earned money without even letting them know it exists. They’ve rigged the game so they always win—that is, until our organization came along.

We don’t need any of your financial information to file a claim and fight for you, so we’ll never ask. We’re fine taking on all the headaches and risk involved in fighting the government. It’s what we do, and we love fighting for everyday, hard-working people like yourself.

If you want us to cover all the up-front fees and battle with the government to get your money back (even including getting an attorney involved if necessary), just let us know.

We’re professionals, and we’re in your corner. We know all the tricks they play, and we’ll fight to get your hard-earned money back. There will never be any out-of-pocket expenses or bills for you. Period. Even if the claim can’t be fulfilled (meaning we can’t get your money back), we won’t charge you a penny. That’s the risk we take, and we gladly do it since we believe in making things right.
